Please note that we are currently rebuilding our timetable as we return to full capacity post Covid. Mat Pilates classes are currently available on Monday and Wednesday but will be available on other days commencing late April/early May. Please continue to monitor the website or call the clinic for further details.
Mat Pilates classes are a general class aimed at improving core strength, stability and balance. They are run with a maximum of 4 participants and so can be tailored to suit various levels of strength and fitness. If you are suffering from any injuries or have any health concerns please contact the clinic before making an online booking.
Clinical Pilates classes are being run on an individual basis only at this stage. Please ring the clinic for bookings.
Bookings are required before attendance at each class.
Due to the small class sizes, you must book ahead to ensure your place. Bookings can be made up to 10 weeks in advance. If you desire a regular place in the same class time slot each week, this cannot be guaranteed unless bookings are made.
Bookings for Initial Clinical Pilates Assessment and One-on-One consultations must be made by calling the clinic on 03 5243 9225. Time slots for these appointments vary.
Bookings for all other classes may also be made by calling the clinic or by using our online booking system.
Please note a 24-hour cancellation policy exists on all classes. If a class is cancelled less than 24 hours before its commencement, payment in full will be required.
